We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to join our team as a Ship Anti-Submarine Warfare Readiness and Evaluation Measurement (SHAREM) Program Manager .

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Manage all contractor SHAREM efforts in alignment with contractual requirements and task orders
• Provide organizational and administrative oversight to ensure services meet performance standards
• Direct and track the status of SHAREM efforts, ensuring all deliverables are clear, consistent, accurate, and appropriately formatted
• Conduct final editorial review of deliverables prior to submission, ensuring accuracy, appropriate detail, and overall quality
• Provide project status and feedback directly to the REM Director and COR through regular liaison and monthly financial / progress reports
• Direct contractor support to plan, observe, reconstruct, and analyze SHAREM exercises; document tactical recommendations / lessons learned; and ensure accepted data is incorporated into IT databases
• Serve as liaison between the REM Director / COR and contractor team
