Our pay is highly competitive, ranging from $40,000.00-$45,000.00 annually!

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Administrative Marketing Assistant .

Responsibilities will include :

  • Lead Generation
  • Light administrative responsibilities such as answering phone calls, dispatching, and monitoring client communications
  • Provide assistance designing brochures, postcards, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Execution of Marketing Campaigns
  • Handle client reviews and feedback

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, specifically in Lead Generation
  • Client Service or Sales experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to be On Call

Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
