Flex Security Officers Needed!

Job Description : We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as a Flex Security Officer. The Flex Security Officer will play a crucial role in providing security services to various client sites, with a willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends.

This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in diverse environments. Responsibilities :

• Conduct patrols of assigned areas to maintain a secure environment
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems for signs of suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including incidents, disturbances, and medical situations
• Enforce site-specific rules and regulations to ensure compliance
• Complete accurate and detailed reports documenting security-related activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees Requirements :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous security experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
