We’re a growing commercial construction team looking for a sharp, motivated Assistant Project Manager ready to dive in and grow quickly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with strong mentorship, real career advancement, and the chance to help shape a new division from the ground up.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction (upfits, warehouse renovations, etc.)
• Comfortable with the fast pace of commercial work
• Open to occasional night / weekend shifts when required
• Some understanding of commercial / lite industrial codes a plus
• Familiarity with warehouse construction processes
• Detail-oriented with a hunger to learn and contribute
• Procore and Excel experience preferred (but not required)
