Responsibilities

• Layout and design of HVAC systems
• Development of conceptual design and preliminary design documents, including calculations for sizing and selecting systems, development of Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements
• Development of final construction documents for these systems, including chilled water and cooling water systems
• Coordination with other disciplines
• Manage schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, aligning with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule
• Collaborate with a multi-discipline, interactive team to meet client needs

The base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $135,075.00. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
