Position : Immigration Attorney (1-5 Years Experience)

Location : Roswell, GA

Full-time, Hybrid

Salary : $85k - $100k / year

Join a thriving immigration law firm passionate about transforming lives! We seek a driven Immigration Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our close-knit team.

What You'll Do

Handle a variety of cases, including AOS, Asylum, U Visas, Fiancé Visas, and Waivers.

Serve as the client's go-to expert, providing strategic advice and mentoring paralegals.

Draft motions, petitions, and legal documents that make a difference.

Lead in Immigration Court (EOIR experience a bonus) and contribute to the firm's growth.

Who We're Looking For

A licensed US Bar attorney (GA) with 1-5 years in immigration law, especially family and humanitarian cases. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
