The Role We Want You For

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for mission-critical facilities, including data centers, advanced manufacturing plants, and other high-reliability environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in power distribution, emergency systems, grounding, and redundancy strategies essential for 24 / 7 operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing electrical infrastructure that meets stringent uptime and efficiency requirements while coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, design-build environment.

The Specifics of the Role

• Lead the electrical design process for mission-critical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Develop power distribution, grounding, UPS, emergency power, and redundancy strategies for data centers and other high-availability environments.
• Perform short-circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies to optimize electrical system reliability and safety.
• Collaborate closely with architectural, mechanical, and structural teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project design.
• Work with construction teams to ensure seamless execution, providing field support and resolving technical challenges.
• Manage client relationships, presenting technical solutions and ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the mission-critical industry, incorporating innovative solutions into projects.
