About the Role :

We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention at Decagon. In this role, you'll own the entire growth marketing funnel-experimenting with new channels, optimizing existing ones, and leveraging data to inform decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale a best-in-class growth engine. This role will be a great fit if you thrive in fast-paced environments, love blending creativity with performance marketing, and are excited to scale an AI-native business.
