A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator for a 10-month remote position.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full lifecycle of credit requests using Salesforce CRM
Conduct compliance checks to ensure program integrity
Serve as the primary troubleshooter for award recipients, resolving inquiries and issues
Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or customer service
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of tasks accurately
Experience working with ticketing systems, CRMs, or case management software
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
Formal training or certification in customer service is a plus
