The team is small, fast-moving, and looking for a Senior Founding Engineer to join at an early stage and make a meaningful impact across the stack.

This is an opportunity to help shape the product, technical foundations, and engineering culture while working on a problem space that touches millions of users worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute across the full stack, building a modern Rust and React product with real-world impact.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life quickly.
• Drive development of back-end infrastructure, AI / ML-driven insights, and intuitive user experiences.
• Help define the technical roadmap, architecture, and best practices.
• Experiment with features and workflows that improve customer retention and engagement.
• Play a key role in setting the pace, velocity, and culture of a growing engineering team.
