Central Invoicing - Account Manager

Centralized Invoicing Account Manager

Duties will include :

Daily invoicing of Business Insurance policies in Agency Management System for the Southwest Region MMA offices

Ensuring that all documentation is included and submitted to Accounting Team including :

Invoice Verification Forms

Binders

Carrier Invoices

Follow up with Account Executives on accounting discrepancies and inquiries

Submit required Surplus Lines documents to correct department for processing

Document actions and attach documents as needed in Image Right

Retrieve mail from shared mailbox for invoicing and SL requests

Qualifications :

Associates degree or some accounting experience

Excellent Computer skills

Excels in Math

Read and speak English

High speed internet

Ability to learn and use Sagitta and Image Right
