An Associate can expect to :

What you’ll need for this position :

• Education : Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Accounting (or related field) or enrolled in an Accounting certificate program.
• Certification : You must meet sit-eligibility requirements for the CPA exam prior to your start date.
• GPA : Must be 3.0 or higher in major and overall. (Exceptions considered if a letter of recommendation from an accounting professor is submitted.)
• Hours : On average, associates work 2,300 hours annually, which accounts for overtime during the ebbs and flows of busy seasons.
• Travel : Varies by group and location. Expect 10-15% overnight as a new associate.
• Employment Eligibility : Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis upon hire. (Pinion will not provide sponsorship for this position, and therefore cannot consider candidates requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. e.g., H-1B status).

When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications / licenses, and geographic location.

The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $49,200 to $69,890. (In the event that an employee is paid on an hourly basis, salary estimates are based on estimated annual hours and earning potential, in accordance with state wage and hour regulations.)
