Job Summary

The United Center is the largest arena in the United States , located near the West Side of Chicago . Home to the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL) and Chicago Bulls (NBA) , it also hosts concerts and major events year-round.

Position Summary

The Suite Supervisor supports suite-level operations during events by leading team members, ensuring food quality and presentation, assisting guests, and maintaining high service standards. This hands-on role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee pre- and post-event suite checks, ensuring stocking and cleanup are completed.

Ensure food is delivered at proper temperature, timing, and presentation.

Coordinate dietary accommodations with chefs; report food quality issues.

Monitor suite levels throughout events and assist staff with service or guest issues.

Support Dessert Attendants and ensure timely dessert service.

Guide Suite Attendants and ensure active suite coverage during events.

Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.

Ensure correct beverage rotation and assist with billing and reporting.

Support team use of VenueNext tablets and communicate key updates to managers.

Qualifications

1+ year of hospitality or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Basic math and computer proficiency; ability to learn internal systems.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs , stand / walk for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced setting.
