Tailored Brands currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager capable of working closely across multiple engineering disciplines to lead our product development of building the best omni-channel experience for our customers from concept through market release and on. This person has product management experience, deep understanding of customer's needs, the product and competitive landscape, and experience in agile methodologies are essential skills to the successful development of requirements and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and integration.
• Responsible to develop a product strategy and product roadmap in support of enterprise goals and objectives.
• Work with multiple cross functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment.
• Manage Product Roadmap, Priorities and Product Release schedule by coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business, UX and engineering teams during product discovery to evaluate the usability, benefits, feasibility, and efforts involved in building the product features and enhancements.
• Work closely with leadership team to understand and define product capabilities and be able to clearly articulate them to all levels of the organization.
• Initiate and manage idea generation, gap identification, financial attractiveness, feature prioritization, and feature definition for products.
• Adapt customer specific requests to meet the larger community model needs.
• Engage with engineering team and project management during implementation to answer any questions about the features and any scope tradeoff decisions.
• Coordinate UAT cycle and post launch activities to validate the product feature works as expected.
• Responsible to define and track key product metrics.
