Global Product Cross-functional Team Lead
The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth. This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers business skills to ensuring execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.
As a member of the Global Cross-functional (xFN) Team, you will drive outcomes that span Google's Product, GTM, gTech, Marketing, and Finance organizations. As the team member, you will be responsible for helping set the ongoing agenda for GBO leaders. You must be able to break problems into project plans, and motivate global teams to make a decision with imperfect information. You will closely partner with GTM, Product & Solutions Activation (PSA), gTech, Marketing, Finance.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
