A company is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to ensure customer quality and reliability requirements are met while addressing any quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
Review customer quality and reliability requirements, identifying potential issues and providing recommendations
Gather data and prepare quality and reliability reports to support customers throughout the product lifecycle
Drive cross-functional teams to resolve customer quality issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in quality or reliability engineering, preferably with complex electrical systems
Deep understanding of electrical components, systems, and manufacturing processes
Demonstrated advanced technical and relationship skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment using ambiguously defined procedures and policies
