This is a hybrid 2x / week in office position.

About This Role
The Sr. Benefits Analyst will support all employee benefit programs (insured and non-insured) globally for OpenTable, focusing on governance, design, analysis, implementation and communication. The role will be involved in ensuring that the local benefits packages follow local relevance, legal compliance, industry standards, and are aligned with our global benefits philosophy. The role will focus on both internal management of benefits but also the relationships with relevant third parties (brokers, benefits providers, system providers, etc).

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought / required. The range for this United States located role is $125,000 – $140,000.
We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including : health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
