An F45 Trainer is responsible for conducting high-intensity interval training sessions in a group environment at our F45 fitness studio.

High energy and charisma are key to success.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct group fitness classes : The F45 Trainer will lead and instruct group fitness classes, demonstrating proper form and technique, and motivating clients to push themselves during workouts.

Provide individual attention : The F45 Trainer will provide individual attention to clients, including modifying exercises to accommodate individual needs, providing feedback on form and technique, and offering encouragement and motivation.

Maintain a safe and clean environment : The F45 Trainer is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workout environment, including ensuring all equipment is in good condition and addressing any safety concerns.

Manage client relationships : The F45 Trainer will build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions and providing support and guidance as needed.

Attend training and development sessions : The F45 Trainer will attend training and development sessions to stay current with the latest fitness trends and techniques, as well as to develop their own skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

Certified Personal Trainer : The F45 Trainer must be a certified personal trainer, holding a certification from a reputable fitness organization.

Experience : Prior experience in leading group fitness classes and designing effective workout programs is a plus

Excellent communication skills : The F45 Trainer should possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire clients, provide feedback on form and technique, and build positive relationships with clients.

Knowledge of fitness and nutrition : The F45 Trainer should have a strong knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles, including exercise science, anatomy, and physiology.

Enthusiasm and passion for fitness : The F45 Trainer should have a genuine enthusiasm and passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
