Global Talent Partner
The Global Talent Partner will be responsible for creating and delivering functional talent strategies for the Staff Groups (HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Technology) and will also have strategic oversight of aspects of our Global Learning strategy and our new / enhanced focus on Organizational Strategy & Design. The focus will be both on talent management and building a learning culture across the enterprise. This includes developing strategies and programs to enhance the capabilities and performance of our workforce. Additionally, this position will focus on providing people capability required to deliver functional business strategies and will be critical in supporting our leadership teams to develop talent depth and strengthen succession for leadership and critical roles within the organization. This position also partners with senior leadership to accelerate the growth of diverse top talent and successors by facilitating stretch appointments and building robust development plans.
Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; masters preferred. 10+ years of leadership in learning development and talent management. Experience successfully crafting talent strategies to close development and capability gaps. Subject matter expertise in multiple key development areas. Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage metrics to drive decision-making. Ability to influence collaborators at all levels in the organization. Proven success driving initiatives to completion while ensuring adoption. Leads with an "outside-in" approach by keeping a pulse on external market and HR trends. Demonstrated people leadership experience. Experience working as an HR Business Partner is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships develop and deliver fair and equitable solutions. Professional demeanor with excellent and timely follow-up with business partners. Must be self-motivated and have an enhanced ability to prioritize / plan in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to tell a story.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $197,400 - $257,500 / year. Base salaries are determined in part based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and / or long-term incentives depending on the role.
