Accountabilities :

• Assist healthcare professionals in obtaining, renewing, or reinstating state licensure, including guidance on continuing education requirements.
• Support credentialing processes such as certifications, health documentation, and facility-specific forms.
• Maintain and prepare complete traveler files to ensure assignment readiness.
• Verify and track all compliance, health, and background requirements in accordance with established standards.
• Communicate with facility partners to confirm compliance details and update internal systems as necessary.
• Review contracts and requirement lists for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for team members, sharing best practices and supporting onboarding processes.
