PositionSummary : Field Canvassers generate qualified leadsfor the sales team. This is accomplished by covering an assignedterritory each shift and meeting with prospective customers attheir homes to introduce our product offerings and gather theirinformation for the sales team to schedule productdemonstrations.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities :

• Door to door customer relationship building topromote Leaf Home products.
• Cover assignedterritory during scheduled shifts.
• Acquirecustomer contact information for product demonstration and generateadditional leads by asking for referrals.
• Report daily results to field management.
• Performs other duties as assigned bysupervisor.

Experienceand Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma orequivalent.
• Ability to work outside invarying climates.
• Ability to work eveningsand / or weekends.
• Ability to juggle variouswork activities and shift their attention from one task to anotherto meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping theball.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a roll up yoursleeves and win every day mentality.
• Holdoneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals.
• Detail-oriented and canfocus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effectivepathway to completion.
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills at all levels to communicate withinternal and external stakeholders articulately.
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinizeand evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work,solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
• Ability to provide timely and empatheticservice through all communication channels keeping peer andcustomer needs first.
• Must be legallyauthorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship foremployment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Localtravel required.

Overtime / Additional HoursRequirements :

May berequested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent onbusiness need.

PhysicalRequirements :

• Fieldoffice / manufacturing / constructionenvironment.
• Performs work outside in varyingtemperatures and climates.
• Sedentary work.Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligibleamount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pullor otherwise move objects, including the humanbody.
