IT Systems Support Analyst Wanted – Join CleanAir Engineering!

We are seeking a Systems Support Analyst to join our team in Palatine, Illinois. This in-office IT role offers a dynamic range of responsibilities, from cybersecurity tasks to server and network management, user support, and software / hardware oversight.

What You'll Bring :

Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field—or a bachelor's degree with significant IT experience.

Drive : Motivation to learn and research new technologies and solutions.

Organization : Proven ability to document issues, prioritize tasks, and manage inventories.

Independence : Strong self-management and ability to work unsupervised.

Collaboration : Effective communication skills to engage with diverse personnel.

Critical Experience :

Microsoft Azure cloud services including Entra ID, OneDrive, and Endpoint (Intune)

IP networking

Remote support (TeamViewer and related)

Preferred Knowledge :

Equipment purchasing and software license tracking.

Synology NAS and backup / recovery strategies.

Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DFARS, or CMMC documentation.

Familiarity with Google Workspace, macOS, and corporate security systems.

Data tools like Power BI and Deltek Vantagepoint.

Building security (keycards, cameras, etc.)

DNS (DKIM / DMARC / SPF)
