Graphic Design Assistant

Noor has partnered with a leading real estate development firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use development across the US.

Due to the significant increase in the project pipeline, we are seeking a talented Graphics Design Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team.

The Graphics Design Assistant will support our development team by creating engaging and impactful corporate marketing materials for investment pitches and new apartment openings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate graphics design and a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects through creative visual communication.

Responsibilities :

• Graphic Design : Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, signage, and digital assets, in alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Content Creation : Work closely with the development team to conceptualize and create compelling visual content that effectively communicates project features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Branding : Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of branding across all marketing materials, maintaining a strong visual identity that reflects the company's values and vision.
• Digital Marketing : Assist with the design and production of digital marketing materials, including website graphics, social media posts, email templates, and digital advertisements.
• Photography and Image Editing : Select and edit high-quality images to enhance marketing materials, ensuring they meet the desired aesthetic and messaging standards.
• Print Production : Coordinate with external vendors and printers to produce high-quality printed materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, and competitor activities, and design best practices to continually improve the effectiveness and impact of marketing materials.
• Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the development team, marketing team, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Quality Control : Review and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in graphics design, with a focus on real estate marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software / tools.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling materials.
• Knowledge or interest in the real estate industry terminology, trends, and best practices is not required but an added benefit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
