Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong, production-level experience in Python . You will design, develop, and maintain backend applications, services, and systems. This role involves close collaboration with product stakeholders, supporting internal teams, and engaging with customers to deliver well-structured, well-documented solutions that align with our mission and product goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core services, APIs, and data workflows.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand product needs.
• Leverage product insights to guide architectural decisions.
• Create and maintain diagrams, documentation, and whiteboarding artifacts.
• Maintain and monitor infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workflows.
• Apply security best practices, ensure comprehensive testing, and implement observability with tools like Datadog.
• Conduct detail-oriented code reviews focused on correctness, maintainability, and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and set high standards for code quality and documentation.

Compensation : $150,000 to $175,000 annually, based on skills, experience, licensure, and certifications.
