Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes, preparing purchase requisitions in ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Open-Door Technology) and collaborate with the purchasing group to ensure suppliers deliver materials and equipment within the delivery due date.
• Liaison with product teams to coordinate on design requirements and feedback.
• Monitor fabrication progress, coordinate schedules, buyout shipments, FAT testing, and address change order requests.
• Support programming activities and schedules to ensure Rental Units are operating properly.
• Help manage service priority schedule and timelines.
• Inspect, or arrange inspection of, buyouts and Rental equipment.
• Process service ticket details for parts ordering and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and provide documentation specific to projects and maintenance tasks.
