Human Resources Officer

A company is looking for a Human Resources Officer for multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR policy development and implementation, ensuring compliance with UN rules and regulations

Provide advisory services on HR processes, including recruitment, contracts, and employee relations

Manage talent acquisition activities and oversee HR unit planning and team management

Required Qualifications

A first-level university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social or Behavioral Sciences, or related fields with 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced university degree in the same fields

Relevant experience in recruitment and / or HR generalist services in an international, public, or corporate organization

Proficiency in office software packages (MS Office or Google Workspace) and experience with Candidate Tracking Systems

Fluency in English (read, write, speak) is required; working knowledge of another official UN language is desirable
