Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact

Communicate via phone and email to resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues

Monitor compliance processes and manage subscriptions for Labor Law Posters

Required Qualifications

3+ years of office experience, including at least 1 year in customer service

High school diploma or GED

Proficiency in MS Office and PC-based tools

Ability to learn new systems quickly

Professional communication skills across phone and email
