Summary :

Scottys Contracting and Stone is seeking a skilled and dependable Foreman to join our Heavy Civil Division . This position is responsible for overseeing work planning, material and truck scheduling, and the supervision of crew members and support staff. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, quality-driven, and capable of managing productivity and project costs. This leadership role also requires regular professional interaction with the general public and transportation officials to ensure smooth and effective project execution.

Work Environment :

This position is predominantly outdoors in various weather conditions. The Foremen role must be prepared for changing environmental conditions and able to adjust to the demands of an active construction site.

The selected candidate will be prepared to work in varying weather conditions that may occasionally require physical tasks to be performed in challenging environments. Safety gear, such as gloves, helmets, and protective eyewear, is essential during all operations.
