Staff Physical Therapist

Sign-on bonus $10,000 for 2-year contract negotiable for full time employment
Sign-on bonus $5,000 for 2-year contract negotiable for part time employment
Student Loan Repayment for 2 5-year contract negotiable
Relocation Assistance Available- up to $3,000 for 2 year contract negotiable
Salary for Full Time : $80,000-$95,000 (37-43 hours per week average)- based on experience / credentials
Paid for continuing education / travel expense ($1000 - $2000 a year) negotiable

- OR Dip Osteopractor, Cert SMT, Cert DN Certifications
- OR Cert MDT Certification
