Summary | Objective
A Production Technician for CP is accountable for processing customer parts through the Passivation or Aqueous Cleaning Lines while maintaining quality inspections and meeting production rate requirements.

Ensures company standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction are met or exceededContinuously monitor each step of the passivation process for quality of partsResponsible for start-up of CP lineCommunicate with other technicians within department to share needed information throughout workdayResponsible for visually monitoring tanks and communicating issues with the Chemical Process ManagerMaintain a clean line, free of clutter. Store equipment properlyNotify Chemical Process Manager of any necessary maintenance repairs that are neededProperly complete required paperworkMaintain a clean, neat and organized work areaKeep up to date with required trainings within the LMS systemFollow proper safety procedures such as wearing Personal Protective Equipment including safety glasses, gloves, respirators or other as neededOther duties as assignedMust be able to work 6 : 30am to 3 : 00pm Monday through FridayRequirements

Work Environment
This position location is on the production floor. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work near moving mechanical parts and could be exposed to chemical or electrical shock risk. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, and noise levels that are typically moderate.
