Position Overview

The Aftermarket Sales Associate helps Arnold maintain its reputation through excellent service, supported by thorough training.

Essential Job Functions

• Control expenses required in transacting sales.
• Ensure customers are invoiced and funds are received promptly.
• Develop marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
• Submit weekly summaries of account activity.
• Update and expand the customer / prospect database daily.
• Conduct detailed customer application analysis to determine optimal solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals, including follow-up to secure business.
• Implement marketing plans for assigned customer bases.
• Contact customers to maximize sales and profit.
• Deliver equipment and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel as needed for extended periods.
• Provide Silver Service to customers.
