Positions are available in our retail locations across our brands, in field management, and in store operations at our Store Support Center in Rochester, New York.

Responsibilities

Automotive Technician :

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every customer vehicle
• Assist in inventory management and general store duties
• Perform services in accordance with Monro's safety standards and procedures
• Test drive vehicles following company policy and local traffic laws
• Maintain technical knowledge through required Monro University training
• Operate and maintain equipment safely according to manufacturer guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience; $25 - $35 Flat Rate, based on experience

General Service Technician :

The General Service Technician is a full-time or part-time hourly position. They perform basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. This role delivers exceptional 5-star service through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, while ensuring guest expectations for time and quality are consistently met.

Salary Range : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience. This role is also eligible for additional incentives.
