The facility offers short term skilled rehabilitation services including physical, speech and occupational therapy, as well as long term care. This is accomplished in a comfortable, homelike environment where our residents, families and staff are able to experience a family type atmosphere.\n\nSenatobia Healthcare & Rehab is currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at our skilled nursing facility in Senatobia, Mississippi.\n\nDescription of duties : \n

• Providing oversight to direct care staff including LPNs and CNAs\n
• Monitoring patients and completing ongoing assessments of their physical and mental health\n
• Administering medications as needed\n
• Communicating with patients' families about condition of the patient and their care\n
• Updating patient charts and recording observations of their condition\n
• Communicating concerns about patient's overall health, treatment, etc. to the medical team\n
• Delivery of care audits\n
• Assistance with admissions / discharges as necessary\n
• Other duties as assigned\n\nJob Requirements : \n
• Must be able to communicate in a professional manner and lead a team\n
• Must have a valid State of Mississippi RN License\n
• Must pass a criminal background check required by the licensing agency\n
• Long term care experience required\n
• One year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required\n
• Must have valid CPR\n
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred but not required\n\nSalary is dependent on experience. PTO time and Comprehensive Health Insurance available.\n\nThis is a process-oriented organization.
