Position Overview

Are you passionate about being the backbone of a team that keeps operations running smoothly?

As a Support Specialist on our Business Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success. Your work will directly impact Ripple Effect's ability to deliver on critical client missions by properly completing accounting, HR, and other general administrative functions. You will be in an essential position that spearheads accurate record-keeping and ensures smooth operations for several of our back-office teams.

Primary Responsibilities

The key duties for the position include :

• Independently executes simple and complex operational tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, calendar management, and report preparation
• Supports routine accounting, HR, and operational functions such as project scheduling and ensures that deliverables meet quality standards
• Follows established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Communicates effectively with team members and customers, contributing to process improvements while maintaining accurate internal documentation
• While not responsible for direct supervision, mentors junior staff, coordinates with colleagues to resolve issues, and escalates challenges to supervisors as needed to achieve operational goals
• Other duties as assigned
