Job Summary
The IT Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) Analyst carries out tasks in support of the GRC program in the Information Security Department.
GRC Analyst activities involve conducting audits and assessments, drafting reports of findings, maintaining audit findings in the GRC system, tracking status of risk remediation efforts, and assisting with remediation where appropriate.
A GRC Analyst helps create and maintain policies, standards and procedures, along with creating and delivering security awareness content for the workforce.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Information Gathering Schedules and conducts information gathering for audits and assessments driven by GRC Team.
Audit Assists in gathering information for audit requests originating outside of GRC Team.
Action Plan Drafts audit reports and action plans for review by Sr. GRC analysts or GRC Manager.
Risk Register Maintain risk register in GRC application.
Audit Tracks the resolution of negative audit findings and helps remediate findings where appropriate.
GRC Application Runs reports from GRC application
Policies and Procedures Assists with creation and review of GRC policies, procedures, and standards.
Training Assists in the preparation and / or delivery of information security training, education and awareness content to Franciscan's workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Associate's Degree
Preferred Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Certificate
2 years Information security Required
2 years Healthcare, audit or GRC Preferred
