What Youll Do :

  • Provide support to individuals with mental health or substance use challenges in homes, schools, workplaces, and community settings
  • Focus on recovery, independence, and skill development (daily living, social, adaptation, anger management, and more)
  • Facilitate relationships between individuals, families, and community resources
  • Provide supportive counseling and case management functions
  • Collaborate with other clinical / professional staff to ensure quality care

    • What Were Looking For :

    Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) requirements :

  • Bachelor's in human services + 2 years of experience, OR
  • Bachelors (non-Human Services) + 4 years of experience, OR
  • Masters degree or higher + 1 year of experience
  • Valid license, certificate, or registration as required by governing boards
