What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly, organized, and reliable link between our internal teams and customers the person everyone trusts to make sure no detail slips through the cracks. You will :

• Act as the main contact for customer needs, questions, and updates.
• Support internal teams and customers by monitoring orders, resolving issues, and keeping everyone informed.
• Use your Excel expertise to build and manage reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Keep things running smoothly for internal teams and customers through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Help identify and resolve service challenges before they become problems.
• Collaborate closely with sales, purchasing, and production planning ensuring internal teams and customers always have what they need.

Your work as a Customer Service Representative will directly impact our success, keeping our internal teams and customers satisfied and operations moving at top speed.
