IT Infrastructure and Communications Analyst III
Job Summary : The mission of the IT Infrastructure & Communications Analyst III is to maintain and optimize the company's core IT infrastructure, network architecture, and communication systems. This role is a relevant escalation point for infrastructure-related incidents and leads complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and infrastructure improvement initiatives. Operating under the IT Operations area, the scope of the role is to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security of all corporate systems and network services.
Responsibilities
Maintain and support core IT infrastructure including servers (physical & virtual), storage systems, LAN / WAN networks, VPNs, firewalls, and communication tools
Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for infrastructure and communications-related issues
Participate in or lead IT infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, migrations, cloud adoption, or security enhancements
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems, or related field
Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE, Azure)
Minimum 57 years in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Systems Administration
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
