This Gastoenterology Locum Tenens position is located in Yakima, WA Location : Yakima, WADuration : November 1 - Ongoing (option to convert to perm)Reason for coverage : Vacancy Schedule : 3 days / week, 2.5 days procedure, .5 day clinic for follow upsShift : Tues-Thur 7 : 30a - 3 : 30p (Option for Mon-Wed)Call : NoneVolume : 15-20 procedures / dayScope : Proceduralist - (Colonoscopies, Biopsies, EGDs), 15-20 procedures / dayEMR : Advance MD (templates for GI procedures already built in)Facility : ASC, 1 room dedicated for GI procedures with 3 PACU bedsGroup / support : CRNA runs anes, APPS do the screening, work ups and act as a surrogate.Requirements (boards, license) : Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active WA license or already has IMLC in hand.Client selling points : Can start ASAP, wants to focus on doing procedures (no advanced procedures like ERCP or EUS needed), can work every week (they have a need to fulfill GI contracts in the community and patients must get procedures done weekly)
