Vice President of Finance

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasting while providing scenario modeling and variance analysis

Oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting

Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital, while providing financial insights for strategic decision-making

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus

10-15+ years of experience in senior finance roles, particularly in manufacturing and B2B environments

Hands-on experience with cost accounting and capital allocation

Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

Strong analytical skills with experience in optimizing cost structures and managing working capital
