Account Specialist
Acloche client seeking professional go getter looking for a great long term opportunity at an exciting company.
Job Title - Retirement Plan Admministrator
1st shift - 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
Pay - $17.00 and up based upon experience
Retirement Plan Administrator Responsibilities
Daily administration of corporate 401(k) and 403(b) Plans
Uploading payroll reports and tracking contributions
Gathering data to run contribution reports
Compliance / non-discrimination testing
Building financial statements
Form 5500 series work
Reviewing and preparing Plan document restatement and amendments for accuracy and compliance
Annual notices
Correcting plan deficiencies
Researching issues
Key Requirements
Knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit plans
ASPPA designation preferred
Proficient in MS Office with a high level of Excel experience
Attention to detail and prioritized workload
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
