Job description
A company is looking for a Paid Media Manager who specializes in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Own paid media strategy and execution across multiple platforms
Develop campaigns that support awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration
Monitor performance dashboards, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in B2B SaaS
Proven ability to run full-funnel campaigns that drive pipeline
Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, X, YouTube, and Reddit Ads
Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI
