Job Summary :
Alliance Group is seeking a Project Administrator based in Essex Junction, VT to join our growing Service team.
This is an office-based position responsible for supporting the Service department by processing part requests and small repair quotes, tracking part statuses throughout the shipping process and upon arrival, maintaining strong communication between Dispatch and technicians about the status of parts, and facilitating communication between Dispatch and Service Managers to ensure scheduling is accurate. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Parts Requests from technicians
- Source, order, and track parts from vendors
- Label parts on arrival and communicate with Dispatch and technicians upon receipt
- Process part returns
- Process small repair quotes requested from technicians, customers, and the PM Recommendation lists.
- Create service order(s) and order material(s) for accepted quotes
- Maintain excellent communication between Dispatch and the Service Operations Managers to for manpower and scheduling purposes.
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
High school diploma or GED required2-4 years of commercial HVAC experience required1-3 years of professional experience in a business office environment preferredHigh attention to detail requiredAbility to multitask is criticalKnowledge of Build-Ops platform desiredStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work efficientlyHigh level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrityMust possess proactive, positive problem-solving skillsMust be an energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team playExcellent communication skills (written and oral)U.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatoryApplicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.A background verification and motor vehicle check will be required.Equal Opportunity Employer :
