Job Description
Position Summary

The quality control reviewer plays a key role in delivering best in class customer service to its customers. This job is responsible for working reviews and verifying files to fulfill the Compliance requirements of the SRA. Quality Control Reviewers are expected to manage the field compliance required pieces of MPCI and coordinate with the Regional Quality Control Supervisor. The incumbent will primarily work with a high level of autonomy, limited supervision. Candidates must be willing and able to travel within 150 miles of Horry County, SC.

Education and Work Experience :
Education
Required High School / GED or equivalent experience.
Preferred - Associate's Degree in Agriculture or similar field.
Experience
Preferred a minimum of 2 years' MPCI crop adjusting, or related crop insurance experience.

Environmental Conditions
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat / cold, wet / humid, and dry / arid conditions. When out in the field - Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. When working in fields the ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and ascend or descend ladders.
Travel, up to 75% required during claim season (mostly regional travel). Travel distance 50 to 300 miles common, rare travel distances over 400 miles.
