We are seeking a TMS Patient Experience Partner who brings both skill and heart : someone who understands the impact this role has on patients lives, who values compassion as much as precision, and who wants to help people transcend limitations and truly transform their well-being.

What Youll Do

• Partner with patients through their TMS journey, offering warmth, encouragement, and trust
• Administer NeuroStar TMS treatments under provider supervision (training & certification provided)
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Perform daily equipment safety checks to ensure the highest standard of care
• Provide a supportive presence to patients receiving care for depression, OCD, anxiety, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a seamless, boutique-level patient experience
