Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Influencer Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media, social platforms, and the creator economy, with proven experience in talent management or influencer marketing. You will act as the primary point of contact for talent, guiding their careers, securing opportunities, and ensuring long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day manager for a roster of influencer clients.
• Negotiate and secure brand partnerships, campaigns, and collaborations.
• Develop talent career strategies, including content planning, monetization, brand positioning, and long-term growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners.
• Oversee deal execution from start to finish : pitch, negotiation, contracts, and deliverables.
• Monitor trends across social platforms to identify opportunities for talent.
• Advocate for talent in contract negotiations to ensure fair compensation and usage rights.
• Support talent with brand communication, campaign deadlines, and post-campaign reporting.
• Collaborate internally with other managers and team members to maximize opportunities for the roster.
