YOUR SCHEDULE

You'll be in our office Monday through Friday with the option to work from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, or 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

YOUR DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

You'll be the bridge between our customers and electrical technicians, supporting smooth communication and dispatching processes to complete seamless electrical services. A positive attitude with the ability to stay calm during tense interactions is vital. You'll be responsible for the following :

  • Answering phone calls from customers, responding to questions, explaining our services, and addressing concerns
  • Efficiently scheduling service calls to maximize technician workflow
  • Dispatching technicians to jobs based on location, skill set, DISC profile, and client personality
  • Making outbound phone calls to check in with clients and ensure satisfaction
  • Tracking KPIs and metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Bilingual communication skills would be a bonus!
