An exciting opportunity is available for a Project Designer to join the Akouo Acoustics division of Sedia Systems. www.akouo-acoustics.com. As part of our team, you will be a highly visible team member responsible for interfacing with our sales, product development, marketing and operations teams.

• Responsibilities
• Concept Development
• : Collaborate with clients to generate innovative design concepts.
• Design Creation
• : Utilize software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp to create visual representations.
• Material and Equipment Selection
• : Research and select appropriate materials and hardware.
• Technical Expertise
• : Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration and Communication
• : Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate design activities.
• Documentation and Presentation
• : Prepare comprehensive design documentation and present proposals to clients.
• Project Management Support
• : Collaborate with project managers to monitor schedules and budgets.
• Quality Assurance
• : Conduct design reviews to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Research and Innovation
• : Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Product Design / Development
• : Understanding of fabrication processes for acoustic manufacturing.
• Requirements
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rendering Software).
• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in acoustic design is a plus.
