The Paint Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for contractors and retail customers at Bee Greens Paint Center. This position is centered on delivering exceptional service fulfilling orders accurately and on time and providing knowledgeable support on paint products coatings and application methods.
The CSR will work closely with contractors to ensure they get the products they need to keep their projects moving from custom tinting and precise color matching to helping select the right coatings for different surfaces and jobsite addition to servicing professional accounts the CSR will also support retail customers with product recommendations tinting and order pick-up ensuring a professional and friendly experience for every customer.
This role requires someone who can balance high-volume order processing with personalized service communicate clearly with jobsite crews and take ownership of the in-store experience. Accuracy speed and product knowledge are key to success. This role reports to Paint Center Manager.
