Requirements

• Admitted and in good standing to the bar in California
• Experience with Labor and Employment law
• Minimum of 8 years defense litigation experience
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must have portable book of business
• The candidate must possess excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication and legal analysis skills
• Should have JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are needed
